Dr. Allen is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Upon graduation, he joined Quiropractica Mundial in San Jose, Costa Rica where he had the unique opportunity to study and train in a founding upper cervical technique. This work was the foundation from where Dr. R. Gregory developed NUCCA.

In April of 2001, Dr. Allen joined the Precision Spinal Care team.

Personal hobbies: volunteering at Timberline church, building web pages, and chiropractic history.
