Headaches SUCCESS!!! I was very skeptical when I first learned about NUCCA because Chiropractors had been a regular part of my life for about 12 years. It seemed regular Chiropractic just didn’t “last”. Within several days I would hurt as badly as before I went for an adjustment. This was different though! Constant headaches were a part of my daily life. My lower back hurt continuously to the point of nausea. There was always fear of twisting too much or stretching the wrong way. No more. My headaches are completely gone. My back feels great! Now I can bend in any direction. I have not been able to do that for years. I was told at 32 that my back was that of a 65 year old. It feels better than it was in my early 20’s and I am now 46. I am a firm believer this works! Kay S SUCCESS!!! 10/30/2003 I am 61 years sold and have been a hairdresser for 41 ½ years, and have had many health problems over the years. I started going to Dr. Allen the first of June, it is now Oct. We live 3 hours away so this has been a commitment. I could see some changes right away. I no longer needed Zantac for the acid in my stomach and a couple of weeks after Dr. Allen started working with me my headaches quit – I was taking 10 to 12 Advil a day for headaches. One Sat. Dr. Allen met us at his office and worked me through one of my headaches. How many Drs. Care that much? Even though these factors were better, I had a disc problem in my neck anad spine that started over 11 years ago – in the last 2 years I had gone to steroid injections every 3 months, but I knew I could not continue that. I was told by the Dr. that had done the injections that the disc space had collapsed and caused narrowing where the nerve roots came out. This problem had caused severe pin in my nec and going down both arms and my fingers were numb. I could stand and it would ease some, but sitting or lying down felt like knives stabbing in my body, and it would keep me awake most of the night. During all of this, it brought me so close to God that I was praying all of the time and I know God brought me to Dr. Allen for help, he has always been so patient and caring. Once we got to the office on a Friday evening at 4:20 and Dr. Allen worked with me for 3 hours – new x-rays and whatever he had to do! Then I was back on Monday morning and he worked another 1 ½ hours. I just had lots to work through and to not give into injections again. 3 weeks ago I realized the pain in my neck is gone – my arms aren’t hurting and the numbness in my fingers is almost completely gone now. I can sit down and I can sleep at night. I think we all need to realize this pain has been with us for years, it is not going to go away with one treatment but it’s worth the wait and Thank God for Drs like Dr. Allen that give us Hope! Thank you SUCCESS!!! 10-28-03 Dear Dr. Allen, Thank you for helping me to feel better. It has been amazing transformation in a short period of time. It warms my heart to know there are such caring people as yourself and the others in your office. I greatly admire your genuine concern for your patients. When I first came to you for help, I was experiencing dizziness, back and neck pain, headaches, and a multitude of other annoying discomforts. I had gone to my family physician, and to no avail, all blood tests came back normal, blood pressure ok, couldn’t find any medical reason for my dizziness. Next step was to have an MRI for further evaluation. At that time, my daughter had told me about the amazing things you had done for her friend in Laramie. She passed along a CD explaining the treatment and benefits of NUCCA. I was desperate for relief from the dizziness. The first visit with Dr. Allen was very enlightening. With my first adjustment, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace. I felt a rush of blood to my brain. Amazing things were happening to me. Dr. Allen diligently explained everything to me, gave me written material to corroborate what he had been telling me. I left his office that day and have not been dizzy since. With every appointment to follow, I kept feeling better. Different aches and pains were gone, and today when I went for my appointment, I didn’t need an adjustment. Dr. Allen says my body is healing itself and he’s happy that he won’t need to see me for 5 weeks. Thank you again Dr. Allen! You should feel such immense satisfaction in your life’s work. I have started this letter several times and sounded like a late night TV commercial “ Let me tell you about the Latest, Greatest thingy to hit backs!” really though there is no getting around it so here it is. NUCCA adjustments have made a world of difference for me. I had a bout with rheumatic fever in 1997, and have suffered from lower back pain and frequent leg pain as a result. I grew up riding horses; I have trained horses and taught riders for a number of years. I wish I had a dime for every spill or smash that invariably happen when you combine people and horses. I have been downhill skiing since I was 8; trees were a challenge for me in the beginning. These are just a minutes worth of contemplating, think about water skiing, repelling, spills on bikes or motorcycles, gymnastics, powderpuff football, etc. So as you can see when we think back on the damage we cause ourselves no wonder we hurt. I had been to a traditional chiropractor and he told me the problem was in my hips. When this other Doctor adjusted me it was painful and brought very little relief. Not to mention the supplements they want to sell me, the little electric shock thing… no thank you. I started seeing Dr. Huff in April of 2002 and I noticed improvement after the first visit, once I got over the feeling of being beat up. I could not understand how, seemingly, so little pressure could make so much difference. I wish I could tell you that I am pain free but my injuries are old and I have a hard time with some of Dr. Huff’s suggestions regarding posture and sleeping flat on my stomach. (OK so I am weak and like my comfort zones) I don’t have to go as often and Dr Huff has taught me to know when I need to come in for an adjustment, and that it is ok to come in just to get a check. Just a short list of areas of improvement: hip pain, leg pain, lower back pain. The burning pain between my shoulders- gone, elbow pain from rheumatic fever damage – gone, headaches greatly reduced. The help with acid reflux was faster than Tums! I recently went through a trying time with a family member who was dying of cancer. I spent 5 long days and nights sitting in bad chairs, sleeping an floors and hide-a-beds and I managed to come out of it with-out the pain I would have expected. As much as the treatment itself, the caring attitude and genuine concern for my well-being has made an impact on me. Dr Wher has filled in while Dr Huff was taking classes and I would also like to mention how comfortable and confident I felt in his care. One last thing I would like to mention, I am proud to know a young professional man who is also a strong Christian and happy to tell you so. Dr Huff was a blessing to me in the weeks I dealt with my brother death, even coming in on his day off to help with legs pains I had started having after a couple of stressed filled weeks. Thank you. April S. SUCCESS!!! During New West Fest in Fort Collins, I came across CSC. I had a body scan done and it showed how out of align my neck was. During the time I have been coming Dr. Matt has been my doctor. When I came in I was having headaches during and before my menstrual cycle. One month after I began at CSC I have had NO Headaches! This has been the first time, I can remember, that I have not had headaches with my cycle! It is a great feeling! Misty Sutton. SUCCESS!!! Tuesday, October 01, 2002 I started seeing the NUCCA Dr because my hip joints were painful. The first adjustment, my hip moved and I did nothing to move it. Since, I’ve been seeing NUCCA Dr. I’ve had no pain. I was also getting headaches and now I haven’t had a headache since. I have been very excited to get treatment since I’ve noticed little things. My allergies that were bothering me haven’t bothered me since I started my adjustment. I can walk better, roller blade without pain. It is great. I am happy that I’ve discovered this treatment.
